Mid-week update

Counselor

Today we had counselor with Mrs. Davison.  The focus was safety.  We learned the 3 R's: Recognize (dangers), Refuse (say no), Report (to an adult).

We also learned the 8 Never Nevers:

1) Never play with guns/weapons

2) Never play with fire

3) Never ride wheels without a helmet

4) Never touch anything sharp

5) Never ride in a vehicle without a seatbelt

6) Never touch an animal without asking permission first

7) Never cross the street without an adult and looking both ways

8) Never go near water without an adult

Hurricane Harvey donations

The donations keep rolling in, you guys are awesome! This is just the Kindergarten collection!  You have until September 18th if you'd like to donate! Check out KOMU and KRCG news tonight as Dr. Majerus was interviewed about our efforts. Try and let your kids watch as well!
