Yay Jake!
He was chosen to have "Lunch with the Principal"
for the month of September!
One student from each class is chosen every month to play games and eat with Dr. Majerus during their lunchtime. So today Dr. Majerus enjoyed games and lunch with 6 Kindergarten friends!
This was for September, even though it is October 1st. He had to reschedule the previous date. 😀
Kindergarten also won the weekly attendance award at the Monday Morning Meeting! This means Kindergarten, as a whole, had the highest percentage of attendance last week (in regards to absences, tardies or leaving early). The winning grade level earns an extra recess as a reward, which we enjoyed this morning! Way to go Kindergarten families!
